The conference will take place On-site in Paris at Espace Hamelin, thus priority will be given to face to face interactions. Efforts will be made to make FPS events as much as possible online due to technical difficulties facing hybrid events.
All participants must pay registration fees. For each accepted article, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference.
Paper registration is required, allowing the inclusion of the papers in the conference proceedings. An author or a proxy attending FPS MUST present the paper. This is a requirement for all accepted papers to be included in the Springer LNCS proceedings and digital library. No-show of scheduled papers will result in excluding them from both the proceedings and the digital library.
Authors who cannot make on-site presentations due to travel restrictions by governments or institutions, or those for whom travel is inadvisable due to medical reasons may request to present their materials online.
- Full Paper Registration:
- This registration is mandatory only for authors that have a paper published in the Springer LNCS proceedings.
- The registration includes: the paper publication in the proceedings, 3 days FPS pass (Lunch, coffee, Wifi, etc.), 1 Social Event ticket, the Conference printed proceedings.

- Attendee Full Registration
- This registration is intended for all interested attendees that have not authors of papers.
- The registration includes: 3 days FPS access (Lunch, coffee, Wifi, etc.),1 Social Event ticket, the Conference printed proceedings.

- Attendee 1 day Registration
- This registration is intended for all interested attendees that want to attend only one day or a specific workshop.
- The registration includes: 1 day FPS access (Lunch, coffee, Wifi, etc.).

- Attendee Virtual Registration (Conference and Workshops)
- This registration will allow you to attend online sessions proposed within FPS 2021 Conference.
- It includes access to pre-proceedings and the recorded videos
- Free Virtual Registration (Panels, Keynotes and Sessions) “New”
- This registration will allow you to attend virtual sessions
- It does not include access to pre-proceedings nor to recorded videos
